orchard frangipane tart
This delicious little number is one of my favourites as I love a Frangipane and with the addition of apples, pears, plums & blackberries, coated in lemon and sugar syrup it gives it a yummy fruity tang!
I also make this available in gluten-free too because I know you people miss out on pastry products!
lemon & blueberry drizzle loaf

I feel like a loaf cake is so underrated; you can do so much more with a lemon loaf. Here's my lemon & blueberry loaf that is dairy-free and gluten-free and you would never know it!
A wonderful vibrant cake to have on my stall so no one misses out!
raspberry Victoria
A customer favourite, and one of my most ordered flavours for occasion cakes and wedding cakes. Fresh raspberries are baked into the sponge and its smothered in a classic buttercream.

There is something about the smell of fresh donuts when you're frying them, rolling them in sugar and eating whilst still warm.

I cook them fresh on the morning of the stall and fill them with either a Vanilla Creme Patisserie or Raspberry/Strawberry Jam for you to enjoy!
Sausage rolls - I swear are always worth every calorie! My sausage rolls are the one thing on my stall I hope sells out, so I don't scoff the leftovers ;D.
I buy my sausage meat from R&J in Ripon which doesn't need anything added to as it's simply delicious.
chocolate chip brownies
For my brownies, I use Callebaut Belgian Chocolate. I believe if you put the best ingredients in, you get the best out of them. Making sure my customers get the best quality is what I strive for. White Choc chip and Kinder are the most popular.

This product is available on the Shop and has an optional gift option for you to be able to let them know it's from you. You can pick from six flavours and create your box to suit you or your recipient. A perfect gift and you don't even need to move.
