ALLERGENS

It is important you inform me of any allergens that may affect anyone eating this product so I can carry out a risk assessment regarding the level and severity of any known allergic reaction that could occur. In purchasing this product you agree that it is your responsibility to inform your family, friends, colleagues and/or guests attending your event of the allergens in this product and to carry out your own risk assessment if required.

Having advised you in relation to allergen risk I must stress that although every reasonable care and effort is taken in the preparation, I can NOT guarantee your product will be 100% trace free of allergens that are carefully stored and used daily on the premises i.e. Wheat flour, Barley, and Rye (cereals containing Gluten), Eggs, Milk, Peanuts, Nuts (walnuts, ground almonds, and confectionery), Soybeans (milk and margarine), Sesame seeds, Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphates (dried fruit preservatives). By purchasing a product online, at a stall, by phone, e-mail or via any other form you accept and acknowledge that you understand this statement.
